5. Relationship With Shopify

Our storefront is hosted and powered by Shopify.

Shopify collects and processes personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide, secure, improve, and support Shopify-powered commerce services. Information submitted through our storefront may be transmitted to Shopify and to service providers or third parties that may be located outside the country or region where you reside.

We use certain Shopify Enhanced Services that are powered by Shopify Network Intelligence. To provide these features, Shopify may process personal information from your interactions and transactions with our Store together with information from your interactions with other Shopify merchants and Shopify. These features may support personalization, analytics, fraud prevention, advertising, and other commerce services. Certain uses may constitute “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

Where required by applicable law, you may opt out of applicable processing through Shopify’s privacy controls.

For certain Shopify processing activities, Shopify may independently determine the purposes and means of processing personal information and may be responsible for responding to privacy-right requests relating to those activities.

6. Cookies, Pixels, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, device identifiers, analytics technologies, advertising technologies, Shopify-related technologies, and similar technologies to operate the website, maintain sessions, remember preferences, authenticate accounts, process checkout, prevent fraud, understand website usage, measure performance, personalize experiences, measure advertising, and conduct permitted marketing and advertising.

Your browser, device, Shopify privacy settings, cookie banner, or other privacy controls may allow you to limit certain technologies. Disabling some technologies may affect the availability or functionality of some Services.

7. Sale, Sharing, Targeted Advertising, and Privacy Choices

Depending on our Shopify configuration, the apps and integrations we use, and applicable law, certain disclosures or uses of personal information for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.”

Where required by applicable law, you may have the right to opt out of these activities.

You may exercise applicable Shopify-related privacy choices through:
https://privacy.shopify.com/en/

Where our website provides a separate Your Privacy Choices, Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, cookie preference, or similar mechanism, you may also use that mechanism.

8. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal enabled, where applicable by law, we will treat the signal as an opt-out request for the browser and device used to visit the website. Where Shopify is able to associate the device sending the signal with a Shopify account, the opt-out may also be applied to that account in accordance with Shopify’s privacy controls.

More information about Global Privacy Control:
https://globalprivacycontrol.org/

Other than Global Privacy Control and other legally recognized privacy preference signals where applicable, we do not currently recognize other “Do Not Track” signals sent by a browser or device.

9. Marketing Communications

We may send marketing or promotional communications where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email. If we offer promotional SMS or text-message marketing, you may opt out using the instructions included in the applicable message.

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional or service-related communications, such as order confirmations, payment information, pickup notices, delivery notices, account notices, cancellation notices, refund information, security notices, and customer-support messages.

10. Customer Accounts and Updating Your Information

Customers may review or update certain account information through their Shopify Customer Account where that functionality is available. You may also contact us to request correction or updating of eligible personal information.

Certain information may need to be retained and may not be editable or deletable where retention is permitted or required for completed transactions, accounting, taxes, fraud prevention, food safety, product traceability, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, or other legitimate recordkeeping purposes.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain. However, no website, network, transmission, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

We recommend that you do not send sensitive or confidential information through unsecured communication channels. Customers are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect account credentials and access information.

12. Retention of Personal Information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and as necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes, including account maintenance, transaction and order history, accounting and tax obligations, food-safety and traceability obligations, fraud-prevention requirements, security requirements, customer-service matters, dispute resolution, statutes of limitation, litigation, regulatory requirements, and other legal obligations.

16. Additional Rights for EEA, UK, and Switzerland Residents

If the processing of your personal information is subject to data-protection laws of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights, subject to applicable exceptions, including the right to object to certain processing, request restriction of certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

Depending on the processing activity, Shopify may independently be responsible for certain Shopify-controlled processing and related privacy-right requests.

17. International Transfers

Personal information may be transferred, stored, or processed outside the state, province, country, or region where you reside, including when we use Shopify or other service providers operating internationally.

18. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Services may contain links to websites, social-media services, payment services, or other platforms operated by third parties. If you access a third-party website or service, its privacy policy and terms apply to its processing of your information.

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy, security, accuracy, or practices of unaffiliated third-party services except to the extent responsibility is imposed on us by applicable law. The inclusion of a link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
